Course Description

This webinar will review timely succession plan strategies and considerations for executives and business owners. The Great Reshuffle is in full swing and shows no signs of slowing. Instead of leaving the workforce, however, many employees are reconfiguring their careers. Childcare needs, opportunities for more flexibility or better compensation, and growing workforce demands have all contributed to significant personnel changes in most industries. How your organization plans for job succession could mean the difference between a successful transition and a disastrous one.

Join this webinar as our panel shares insights to help executives and business owners assess whether a job succession plan is appropriate for their organization.

Learning Objectives:

  • Evaluate major areas to consider when formalizing a job succession preparedness strategy

  • Determine the importance of segregation of duties and cross-training employees

  • Identify how succession planning in one department can have a cross-organizational impact
