Heather is a CPA and founder of Satterley Training & Consulting, LLC—a consulting firm focused on helping businesses define, design, and automate their processes by employing innovative strategy and cloud-based technology. She is also the founder of Satterley Accounting Services -a bookkeeping and tax firm located in Rhode Island, providing clients order, simplicity, and clarity in their financials.
Heather is an Advanced Certified ProAdvisor, an Intuit Trainer/Writer Network member, and a Zapier Certified Expert. She holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a master's degree in Innovation from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
Heather is the co-host of the QB 'Appy Hour with Liz and Heather, a webinar series devoted to building awareness in the accounting community about the latest technology trends and best practices in a fun, relaxed environment. She also co-hosts the Accounting Automation Workflow podcast.

Ryan Embree has spent the last four years working in the accounting industry. In his role at Practice Ignition, he helps accounting firms embrace new technology and modernize their practices for success. He worked for Practice Ignition in Australia and the UK before relocating to Chicago last year.
Brady Suggs is Intuit's Group Product Manager responsible for working with stakeholders, customers, and engineers to define, document, and plan for functional and non-functional work. Brady is also responsible for managing and facilitating scrum ceremonies, which include: daily standup, sprint planning, sprint review, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Jeremy enjoys getting to put his passion for solving customer problems to work as a product manager with Intuit. His experience in marketing, finance, and services allows him to lead teams to build solutions that power prosperity for accountants and their clients. Jeremy lives outside of Dallas with his wife and two cats.
