Steve has over 25 years of auditing and accounting services experience. He is currently a member of CohnReznick’s engagement quality control reviewer team performing pre-issuance reviews of SEC registrants and private company audits. As a director in National Assurance, Steve frequently consults with teams as the SME on various auditing standards guidance, including Group Audits, Going Concern, Audit Sampling Methodology, and Substantive Analytical Procedures. His workload includes the following industries: Technology and Life Sciences Companies, Manufacturing and Distribution Companies, Retail and Consumer Products Companies, Hospitality (Hotel and Restaurants) Companies, Construction Companies
